# Council of Racers The Council of Racers (CoR) has been established to give players influence and say in game decisions and operations. The CoR will vote to influence proposals, major game changes, and additions to the game. ### Membership & Voting Any holder of RIOT tokens can be a member and eligible to vote. Participating in voting is optional. The winning vote will be the choice that gets the majority of the votes.
